Job summary
A leading firm in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support various HR functions including disciplinary case handling, implementation of IR policies, and employee counseling sessions. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Human Resource Management and display strong communication skills along with a willingness to learn. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining HR records effectively in Alor Setar.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of working experience in HR or IR functions preferred; fresh graduates with strong interest in IR are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling disciplinary cases and documentation.
- Support implementation of IR policies and procedures.
- Conduct or assist in counselling and coaching sessions.
