To support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates, ensuring timely hiring to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of employment passes, work permits, and other related documentation in compliance with government regulations.
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure smooth processing of work passes.
  • Maintain and update the company's recruitment databases and tracking systems.
  • Provide HR support and advice to both new and existing employees as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and changes in employment legislation.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
