About The Job

To understand the Human Resources requirements in the business unit under their responsibility and to provide support, advice and expertise to meet the business needs to managers and employees of this business unit.

Main Accountabilities
  • Understand the short/medium/long term business requirements and advise the most appropriate HR solutions
  • Provide advice to managers and employees on HR policies and practices and employment legislation
  • Build a strong business relationship with the business unit / area and transfer HR requests and solutions to/from the business unit
  • Work closely with COE and line managers in the delivery of HR process and ensure the implementation of P&C projects
  • Implement best practices and support the delivery of HR processes at the business unit / area
  • Identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks
  • Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in people management
  • Work closely with Industrial Relations Business Partners on any matter related to IR
  • Identify and implement new managerial development methodologies supported by efficient related tools, when applicable
  • Supervise application of the International Mobility policies, when applicable
  • Take responsibility for Labor law and Social Security compliance, when applicable
  • Ensure data integrity in HR systems
  • Provide counsel and advice to improve employee morale and work culture
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent (preferably HR related)
  • Min 5 years of generalist HR experience or business partnering with department managers
  • Excellent communication skills (listen, analyze and influence people)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Meticulous, attention to details
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working with multiple countries in Asia in one or several HR domains; regional role will be added advantage
