We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Maintenance Executive to support our company’s facilities and operations. This role will primarily focus on administrative and backend maintenance tasks rather than hands-on repair work. The successful candidate will coordinate with external vendors and technicians, ensure timely completion of maintenance requests, and act as a runner for company-related errands such as settling bills, handling agreements, and liaising with relevant authorities.

• Coordinate and liaise with external vendors, service providers, and technicians for repair, maintenance, and servicing works.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all maintenance activities, contracts, and service agreements.
• Monitor service schedules and ensure timely follow-up on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Assist in administrative duties related to facilities and maintenance (filing, claims, reports, documentation, etc.).
• Act as a runner to handle company errands, including submission/collection of bills, agreements, licenses, permits, and other documents with authorities or partners.
• Support management in ensuring facilities, office equipment, and utilities are in good working order.
• Provide feedback and reports to management on maintenance issues, vendor performance, and cost control.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Administration, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in facilities/maintenance administration or office administration is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with vendors and authorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin (we are looking for candidates who are proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
