A leading facilities management company in Kedah is seeking a Senior Facilities Reliability Maintenance Supervisor. The role involves leading a team, managing facility operations, and implementing best practices to ensure optimal performance. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, project management skills, and familiarity with building automation systems are crucial. This position offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to drive operational excellence.
As a Senior Facilities Reliability Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the strategic oversight and operational management of our facilities and operational equipment to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility design, planning, construction, maintenance, and policy development, aligning with organizational goals and standards.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing tactical and operational leadership. Mentor and coach staff to meet performance expectations and departmental objectives.
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
High School diploma or equivalent with 3+ years relevant experience in leading and managing processes, projects, and tactics within facilities management.
