Agromate is today one of Malaysia’s largest importers, distributors, and wholesalers of high quality fertilisers supplying to over 25% of the country's total fertiliser requirements.

• Planning and developing project scope, goals and deliverable.
• Coordinate activities and assign tasks to team members and manage schedules.
• Provide on-site direction to contractors, in coordination with Warehouse personnel.

• Prepare project budget (annually) for Management's approval.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure project is executed within cost constraints.
• Oversee project execution to ensure deliverables meets time, cost and quality.

• Act as a point of contact, ensuring clear communications among all stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts and plans.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders (contractors and warehouse personnel).

• Identifying and assessing project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance to ensure it meets expected quality standards and company objectives/policies.

Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

• Diploma in Construction Management/Project Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building, warehouse, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (preferred).
• Willing to travel frequently to all warehouse facilities across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driving license and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
