RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Handling and responsible for Recruitment, Orientation and on-boarding new Employees.

To handle on-board documents for new hires.

Conduct Exit Interview/Inquiry and employee offboarding process.

Monitor and process staff movement such as probation, confirmation, transfer, salary adjustment, resignation, termination etc.

To liaise with Agent on all Foreign Worker matter.

Assist in coordinating external and internal training courses and follow up with all HRDF related matters, keep all training and development records updated.

Plan, implement and participating in training and development and employee welfare.

Prepare employee personal file and ensure all required documents is submitted.

Record employee’s leave application and ensure the employee leave is well-maintained.

Maintain all hard and soft copy files and records in a systematic filing system for easy reference and retrieval.

Liaise and support all departments on any HR and administrative matters.

Perform any other duty & responsibility which the immediate superior or the company may assign from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION LEVEL & MAJOR

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in HR related field. Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.

REQUIRED LANGUAGE

Proficient in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS
