As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of human resource functions, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and compliance. Your role is integral in supporting the HR department and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and statutory regulations.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Formulate and implement effective recruitment strategies. Identify and explore new sourcing channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, and networking opportunities.

Maintain and regularly update accurate employee records and personal data in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, orientation, and clearance procedures are properly handled.

Review and develop HR policies in accordance with statutory requirements and company regulations.

Administer monthly payroll processing and manage employee benefits such as leave, medical entitlements, insurance, and work pass matters.

Coordinate and monitor employee training programs and development plans to support skill enhancement and career progression.

Assist in preparation and documentation required for halal certification audits, working closely with relevant departments.

Provide support for ad-hoc HR tasks and initiatives as required by the management.
