• Prepare journal voucher, debit note, credit note, cash & bank reconciliation, inventory listing and fixed asset listing.
• Perform account payable functions - issue cheque and process daily online banking payment.
• Review and ensure the completeness of financial statements.
• Prepare full set of accounts and submit monthly financial statements.
• Monitor and project daily cash flow, review daily cash & bank receipts and disbursements.
• Assist in preparing initial tax estimate and tax revision.
• Assist in human resources (payroll) tasks as directed.
• Process SST submission.
• Liaise with bankers on bank matters.
• Work closely with operation staff for daily operation tasks.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary on audit, tax and secretarial matters.
• Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years’ working experience in relevant capacity.
• Experience with Food & Beverage industry and inventory monitoring.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Able to prepare full set of account with minimum guidance.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, flexible, adaptable, analytical, and result-oriented.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
