- Design and implement marketing strategies to meet goals.
- Analyze competitor activities and track KPIs to evaluate campaigns.

- Establish and nurture external partnerships to amplify promotional efforts and publicity.
- Collaborate with tenants and stakeholders to align marketing initiatives and improve tenant retention.
- Enhance customer loyalty by delivering personalized and targeted communication.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and demographics, refining marketing strategies accordingly.
- Provide detailed reports on Advertising & Promotions plans, budgets, and execution progress.
- Analyze competitor activities to gain strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ROI.
- Ensure marketing efforts align with the brand’s overall strategy and strengthen community presence.
Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses for collaborative and co‑branded promotional activities.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content creation, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Plan and execute events and promotions to increase foot traffic and enhance brand engagement.
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect and maintain the brand’s reputation.
- Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and innovations to improve engagement strategies and operational efficiency.
- A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in the retail mall or commercial retail sector.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and effective problem‑solving capabilities.
- Skilled in analysing market trends and understanding consumer behaviour.
