We’re looking for a Junior Social Media & Paid Advertising Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you’ll support the planning, setup, and optimisation of paid social campaigns while helping manage day-to-day social media activity for a range of clients. Reporting directly to our Head Office in Sydney, Australia, the successful candidate will contribute to the growth and success of our agency.

• Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring paid social media campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc).
• Support campaign optimisation by tracking performance and making basic adjustments under guidance.
• Help manage organic social media posting schedules and content uploads.
• Prepare performance reports and assist with insights and learnings.
• Collaborate with creative, account service and digital teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, ad formats, and platform updates.
• Support ad-hoc tasks related to digital campaigns and client accounts.

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Basic hands-on experience with paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Understanding of social media platforms, ad formats, and campaign objectives.
• Strong interest in digital advertising, performance marketing, and social media trends.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with data, numbers, and performance reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take feedback.
