The Communication Specialist is essential for overseeing both internal and external communications at our innovative video agency. This role involves crafting engaging stories, nurturing client connections, overseeing the agency's public perception, and working closely with creative teams to ensure coherence in messaging and client goals.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication.
- Understand clients' needs and goals, translating them into actionable project briefs for the creative team.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, proactively addressing any concerns and keeping clients informed of project progress and updates.
Brand Management & Public Relations
- Maintain the agency’s brand voice across all communications channels, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and website content.
- Identify PR opportunities, craft pitches, and maintain relationships with media contacts to increase brand visibility.
- Lead crisis communication efforts when necessary, ensuring transparency and a proactive approach to reputation management.
Internal Communication & Team Collaboration
- Foster an open communication culture within the agency, promoting team alignment on project goals and agency objectives.
- Regularly update team members on client feedback, new trends, and relevant industry insights.
- Work closely with project managers, creative directors, and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
