A leading highway management company is seeking a Deputy Head, Group Revenue Enhancement to drive non-toll revenue growth. This role involves strategic leadership in partnerships, commercializing assets, and innovation initiatives, requiring 8-12 years of experience in business development and negotiation. The Deputy Head, Group Revenue Enhancement supports the Head of Group in driving non-toll revenue growth across ALR-managed highways. This role plays a key part in strategy execution and operational leadership across revenue partnerships, asset commercialisation, leasing, advertising, land management, and innovation initiatives. The incumbent will lead commercial development of highway assets through strategic partnerships, leasing, advertising, and cross-sector collaborations while ensuring compliance, governance, and sustainable income growth.
