MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organised and strategic HR Executive to join our growing human resources consultancy team. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting our clients with a range of HR solutions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement.

• Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs.
• Manage Employee Relations matters, including handling inquiries, resolving workplace issues, and supporting disciplinary processes.
• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, procedures, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of required data.
• Provide guidance on employment regulations and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
• Assist in other HR functions such as performance management, training coordination, and HR administration as needed.

• 1 year of experience in a similar HR consulting or generalist HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• A consultative, solutions-oriented mindset and customer-focused approach
• A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
