Job summary

A leading logistics provider in Selangor is seeking an HR professional to manage core HR processes, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws. The successful candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, particularly in foreign worker management. Responsibilities include employment administration, reporting, and conducting recruitment activities. This position is based in Pulau Indah (PKFZ) and offers opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Administers core human resource processes including employment, labor and employee relations, performance management and workforce planning within a specific business unit or subsidiary.
  • Foreign worker management in compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
  • Develops and recommends solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
  • Administers approved company-wide employee relations policies and practices.
  • Works with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Prepares reports and analyzes data from human resource information systems for information reporting and management decision making.
  • Develops internal communication materials regarding benefits, compensation, and other human resources policies and procedures or other internal business issues.
  • Conducts executive, exempt, technical, non-technical and nonexempt recruiting support and counsel including sourcing, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, preparing correspondence, and extending employment offers.
Requirements
  • Possess with a minimum of bachelor's degree in a business discipline or relevant education.
  • Minimum of 2 years experiences in HR field with hands-on experience in foreign worker management.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels off organization.
  • Demonstrates the knowledge and skills needed to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Willing to work at Pulau Indah (PKFZ).
