Human Resources (HR)
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, memos and other HR & Admin related letters.
- Maintain and update employee personal files, HR records, and databases.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and overtime records.
- Assist in payroll preparation and verify payroll data.
- Assist in the recruitment process.
- Conduct induction for new hires and provide guidance to resigning staff on the clearance process.
- Monitor and coordinate with department head for the staff probation evaluation.
- Manage company WhatsApp group and announcements.
- In charge of HRD Corp training grant application and training related coordination and documentation preparation.
- Prepare and update HR & Admin related reports.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR matters and provide administrative support on disciplinary and performance management processes.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian Employment Act and company policies.
Administration (Admin)
- Handle general office administration including office supplies, office related orders, decoration, filing, and documentation.
- Manage office facilities, utilities, maintenance and service providers.
- Coordinate company assets, licences, permits, and insurance renewals.
- Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, and assist with internal coordination.
- Support company audits, inspections, and reporting.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Provide administrative support to Purchasing and Accounts department when necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR & Admin role.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and payroll processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Infotech is an added advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills and able to handle confidential matters.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work in Puchong (Current) and Petaling Jaya (After Apr 2026).
