Wasco Processing Engineering Sdn Bhd, a member of Wasco Berhad, is searching for a driven Senior Human Resource Executive to join our Human Resource (HR) team. The ideal person should have a solid foundation in HR, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and the flexibility to adjust to our organization's evolving needs.
Manage monthly payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, overtime, expense claims and statutory payments, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Ensure the annual remuneration returns for employees and employer E-Filing are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely enrolments, updates on employee movements, and effective communication.
Maintain up-to-date payroll records and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Ensuring compliance with current employment laws and regulations requirements.
Prepare HR reports, including payroll summaries, turnover analysis and other reports as needed.
Assist in manpower planning and preparation of HR budgets for the financial year.
Assist end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Participate in Compensation & Benefits initiatives and projects, including benchmarking, salary reviews, and policy enhancement.
Contribute to HR newsletter, staff engagement activities and long service award programs.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers, fostering a positive workplace culture.
