Are you a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for accounting? \u2014 We're searching for a talented Financial Accounting Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our clients with accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software; eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and English, as the job requires candidates to liaise with clients from China.
- Ability to work collaboratively and strong time management skills to meet deadlines and targets.
- Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for assigned clients, including cash flow and financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Participate in various projects and portfolio management tasks both independently and as part of a team.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate employee payment; liaise with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
