Oversee daily cleaning and landscaping operations within the building compound, ensuring quality upkeep and compliance with service standards.

Supervise vendor personnel and perform regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleaning contract specifications and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Conduct in-house training for the cleaning team on safety, work scope and quality standards.

Monitor attendance, punctuality and appearance of cleaners and general workers, ensuring adherence to uniform and safety standards.

Ensure appropriate use and inventory of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies, maintaining monthly stock levels.

Log and address all cleaning-related complaints promptly, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently with corrective action documented.

Assist the Facility Manager in managing contractors, monitoring vendor performance, and supporting site operations reporting.

Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices and provide updates on payment collections from clients.

Ensure proper use of the Edgenta Community Management Portal (ECMP), maintain accurate operational data and support compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Prepare daily reports, assist in client presentations and proposals and support the Facility Manager during crises and emergency situations.

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Horticulture, Property Management, Estate Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning and landscaping operations.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Experience in managing on-ground teams and service contractors is an added advantage.
