Jobbeschreibung
Responsibilities
Develop strategic plans, assess company capabilities, and analyze data to support business and Facilities Management growth initiatives.
Manage end-to-end product and technology development to ensure timely, cost-effective, and customer-focused delivery.
Conduct market research, determine pricing strategies, and prepare proposals to support business expansion.
Oversee project implementation to ensure delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Drive process improvements, technology adoption, and staff capability enhancement within the team.
Develop asset optimization and sustainability plans to improve efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.
Lead contract transition and mobilization activities in line with scope and agreed processes.
Perform condition assessments and prepare lifecycle and budgetary plans for facility assets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration.
Support business development, proposal preparation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure project success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or any related discipline.
4–8 years of total working experience, with at least 1–3 years in Property or Facilities Management.
Strong leadership, management, and networking abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
Analytical, creative, and enterprising mindset with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Technology-driven and adaptable to digital solutions in facilities and asset management.
