Position Summary

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end order drop processing, billing verification, and the coordination of online business operations. This role serves as the key liaison between internal teams and system support (Hybris/NERP), ensuring smooth execution of order fulfillment, financial reconciliation, and timely issue resolution.

The incumbent plays a pivotal role in reporting, budgeting, and supporting continuous improvements in operational efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage value-added services order processing and maintain pre-order drop records.
• Track, troubleshoot, and follow up on order-related issues; coordinate with Hybris/NERP teams to resolve system errors and raise escalations via JIRA tickets.
• Verify payment gateway transactions and handle Sales Order (SO) deletion/re-push in SOM.
• Verify operation billing and validate costs related to labour, packing materials, LMD, and PG charges.
• Handle 3PD/SMB billing verifications and ensure timely reconciliation with finance.
• Financial Reporting & Budgeting
• Prepare and analyze half-yearly and yearly budget reports.
• Consolidate and report Price Promise claims and submissions.
• Submit monthly MDR online financial reports following corporate standards.
• Act as the point of contact for installation escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Tech Support, to address operational gaps.
• Ensure order syncs and tally between systems
• Generate and maintain operation-related reports (e.g., WC report) to support business reviews.
• Provide data-driven insights to support process improvements and budget adherence.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years’ experience in order management, operations, or billing (preferably in a consumer electronics or e-commerce environment).
• Proficiency in SAP (NERP), Hybris, and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools and budget management principles.
• Weekend support on Saturday morning is required
