Job summary
A prominent energy company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee office coordination, safety, and public area management. The successful candidate will manage meetings, oversee maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. A degree in Administrative Management is required, along with over three years of relevant work experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Degree holder and above, major in Administrative Management or related fields.
- More than 3 years of work experience; candidates with over 2 years of administrative management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize visits, receptions, meeting notifications, and meeting minutes.
- Manage daily maintenance of public facilities and landscaping.
- Conduct regular safety and hygiene training.
- Supervise canteen hygiene, meal quality, and employee satisfaction.
