The Opportunity
Ram Guard Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at our clients’ premises in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full‑time role is ideal for a capable leader who can manage security teams, ensure compliance with procedures, and deliver high standards of safety and service.
As a Security Supervisor, you will work closely with the Senior Security Manager and play a key role in maintaining a secure environment while ensuring operational excellence.
- Report directly to the Senior Security Manager
- Supervise, coordinate, and lead shift leads and a team of security officers
- Ensure all security personnel comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and client requirements
- Monitor, investigate, and report security incidents, accidents, and breaches
- Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate security threats
- Liaise with clients, law enforcement agencies, and relevant stakeholders when required
- Provide on‑the‑job training, guidance, and mentorship to security officers
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and security documentation
- Prepare and present monthly security reports
- Support continuous improvement of security operations and procedures
- Operate and maintain security systems and software, including Genetec, Traka, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a security supervisor or shift lead role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgement with proven problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Good understanding of security protocols, regulations, and industry best practices
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good computer literacy and reporting skills
