A security services firm is hiring a Security Guard in Malaysia, Selangor, to protect people and property. Responsibilities include patrolling areas, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents. Qualifications

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to protect people, property, and assets. The Security Guard will monitor premises, control access, and respond to security incidents while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Patrol assigned areas regularly to deter and detect suspicious activity
- Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control points
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarms
- Enforce company rules, safety regulations, and security procedures
- Report and document incidents, accidents, and daily activities
- Provide assistance and information to visitors and staff as needed
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field is an advantage
- Valid security license/certification (as required by local law)
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Clean background check
- May include day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Indoor and/or outdoor work environments
- Standing, walking, and patrolling for long periods
- Attention to detail
- Integrity and professionalism
- Conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of security equipment
