Job description
This job is for an Environment & Safety Officer in industrial construction. You might like this job because you’ll help ensure safety regulations are followed, work with agencies, and support a dynamic team while making a positive impact on the environment.
- Assist the Environment & Safety Manager with documentation and compliance
- Liaise with relevant government agencies and authorities
- Support the Chinese project team in reviewing environment & safety compliance to meet Malaysian regulations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Environmental & Safety scopes
- Qualification in Environment or Safety
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Possess relevant Environmental/Safety certification and Green Book
Skills
- Environmental Engineering
- Environmental Social and Corporate Governance (ESG)
- Environment, Health, and Safety
- Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
