Job summary

A leading water supply corporation in Penang is seeking a Senior Executive for their Human Resource Division. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR Management, with at least 4 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll processes, compliance with Malaysian labor laws, and assisting in developing competitive compensation strategies. This is a contract position for one year with the possibility of absorption into a permanent role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years working experience in a related field, preferably in payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Labor Laws and tax regulations required.
