- Lead and manage the HR team in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, and HR operations.
- Oversee the SHE team to ensure compliance with safety regulations, continuous improvement of workplace safety, and promotion of a safe working culture.
- Partner with department heads to support manpower planning, talent development, and retention initiatives.
- Advise management on HR and SHE policies, procedures, and compliance with Malaysian labor and safety laws.
- Drive employee engagement activities and programs to enhance morale, communication, and collaboration.
- Review and implement HR and SHE Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for operational efficiency and compliance.
- Support strategic HR planning, organization development, and succession management.
- Act as a key liaison with government authorities on HR and SHE matters.
