Requirement
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent in Mandarin; good command of English or Malay.
  • 1+ year experience in HR, focusing on recruitment & employee relations
  • Experienced in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor laws & HR best practices
  • Strong communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or retail is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
Responsibility
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
