Job summary

A technology company located in Penang is seeking an HR professional responsible for managing HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, and payroll operations. Responsible for administering HR matters including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, employees’ benefits, and performance management practices.

Manage monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and forecast for staff cost.

Facilitate all recruitment, orientation, and on-boarding activities.

Handle payroll operations including payroll calculations and allowances.

Review and update employee handbook, organization chart if necessary.

Provide care and support for employee’s engagement and welfare activities.

Possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
