A technology company located in Penang is seeking an HR professional responsible for managing HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and organizational skills, be an effective leader, and work independently with minimal supervision. This role includes managing employee engagement and welfare activities, as well as conducting monthly reporting and budget forecasting.
Responsible for administering HR matters including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, employees’ benefits, and performance management practices.
Manage monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and forecast for staff cost.
Facilitate all recruitment, orientation, and on-boarding activities.
Handle payroll operations including payroll calculations and allowances.
Review and update employee handbook, organization chart if necessary.
Provide care and support for employee’s engagement and welfare activities.
Possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
A good leader, positive attitude and mission-driven.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
