Job summary

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (advantage)
  • Minimum 1 year of HR‑related working experience (experience across the full spectrum of HR is a plus)
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with Malaysia Labour Law, EPF, SOCSO, PCB
  • Proficient in MS Office / Excel
  • Strong communication skills, able to work under pressure, responsible, and detail‑oriented
Responsibilities

Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and arrange interviews
  • Prepare Offer Letters / Appointment Letters
  • Handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes

Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Responsible for monthly payroll processing (including OT, allowances, deductions)
  • Manage attendance system, leave records, MC, EL, AL, etc.
  • Handle EPF / SOCSO / EIS / PCB submissions and updates

Employee Relations & Communication

  • Handle employee inquiries and coordinate complaints
  • Manage disciplinary matters (Show Cause Letter, Warning Letter, etc.)
  • Maintain a positive work environment and company culture

Documentation & Policy Management

  • Update and maintain employee files and HR documents
  • Assist in drafting and implementing company policies and SOPs
  • Prepare HR reports for management (if required)

Other Administrative Duties

  • Assist in employee benefits, training arrangements, and company events
  • Support daily administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
