Job Summary
This is a sales development role focused on meeting sales targets while upholding UM's values and compliance policies. Key duties include driving Corporate and SME market growth via Enterprise Business (EB) Partner channels, achieving sales targets, expanding partnerships, and aligning with corporate goals. It aims to build a sales-oriented pool of EB partners to support overall company business goals, particularly in the Corporate and SME market segment.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Hit the sales target set by management, including monthly targets, EB partner recruitment, and sales campaigns.
- Conduct a minimum of 5-8 partner visits per week, ensuring sales activities are executed as planned, with partner sales productivity tracked and achieved. This includes sales pipeline review, selling skill assessment, and identifying challenges and gaps for improvement.
- Provide timely updates to superiors on sales progress and activity status, and submit weekly sales forecasts and reports on time.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor movements.
- Recruit and train new EB partners in the assigned territory.
- Ensure good knowledge of products and sales processes, particularly that compliance policies are clearly communicated to EB partners and adhered to business policies and code of conduct.
- Identify potential SME markets for sales acquisition and initiate business penetration programs.
- Assist with sales administration tasks or projects as directed.
About You
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field with 5-8 years of sales experience, ideally in Enterprise Business (EB), dealer/trade agent channels, or SME account management.
- Strong drive to achieve sales goals, excellent hunting skills, and ability to develop and grow new business opportunities.
- Skilled in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- A team player with effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales presentation abilities and clear message delivery.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
