A project management firm in Johor Bahru is seeking a Project Executive or Project Assistant to manage project execution from start to finish. You will closely collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely delivery within the budget. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in a related field, have strong organizational skills, and be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcomed, and this role may involve on-site work and communication with vendors and clients.

Qualificações

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel or attend on-site work when necessary.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist in developing project timelines, schedules, and work plans.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets to ensure financial tracking.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans.
