Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-spectrum HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organisational standards.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Foster a positive work culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
