Job summary

A leading HR Solutions provider in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage the full spectrum of HR functions. This role involves ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, supporting disciplinary cases, and maintaining robust HR documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, and strong leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are also vital for success in this position.

Job description

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, HR policies, and employee relations.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax, while maintaining ISO 9001 and RBA‑aligned documentation.

Support disciplinary cases, welfare initiatives, and the preparation of HR‑related reports.

Coordinate between HQ and site offices to ensure consistent implementation of HR practices and procedures.

Assist in enhancing HR systems and processes, as well as supporting general office administration.

Job Requirements
