Job description

This role will be supporting the Senior People & Capability Manager in the management of the HR strategic and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the full scope of the daily HR operational and administrative activities, including on-boarding/off-boarding, compensation & benefits, organization effectiveness and people development, performance management system, recruitment, and employee relations.

Partner with management team and line managers to execute company direction with HR activities and programs.

Working closely with the business leaders for process improvements, service quality and employee relations.

HR reporting: runs value-added HR reports and converts data into insights to support proposals and influence people matters to solve business challenges or opportunities.

Works collaboratively with the Global HR Team to roll out global HR programs.

Key Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or related disciplines with minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience; Experience in the healthcare industry would be an added advantage.

Possess a high level of integrity, discretion and well-versed in local employment laws;

Strong background in compensation and benefits, performance management and HR project Management;

Team player, self-driven and be prepared to be operationally hands on where necessary;

Excellent writing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
