Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, recruitment platforms, and professional networks to identify potential candidates who match job requirements.
Creating and posting job advertisements on relevant online platforms and ensuring they are effectively reaching the target audience.
Reviewing applications, resumes, and cover letters to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience against the job criteria.
Conducting phone screenings with candidates to further evaluate their suitability, discuss the role, and gauge their interest.
Participating in the interview process to assess candidate skills and fit.
Assisting with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics (in-person and virtual), including room bookings and confirmations.
Conducting reference checks on shortlisted candidates as required.
Assisting with the administrative tasks related to extending job offers, such as preparing offer letters, coordinating for onboarding, etc.
Maintaining and updating HR databases and talent pipelines to ensure organized and accurate data for current and future hiring needs.
Providing general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
Undertaking other recruitment-related tasks as required.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is often preferred.
At least 1 year of proven recruitment experience is preferred.
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical positions if applicable, can be beneficial.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Possess own transport and able to travel as needed.
