Talent Acquisition & People Operations Executive

Allianz Services is running service delivery operations in Romania, India, Mauritius and Morocco as well as is operating Consulting hubs in Germany, USA, Italy, France and Singapore with almost 6000 colleagues globally.

Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful People & Talent Partner to join our People & Culture team, supporting Allianz entities. This role combines responsibilities across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Operations, and People Reporting, serving as a key partner to both employees and business leaders across the Singapore and Malaysia operations for Allianz entities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences, driving process improvements, and supporting people initiatives that enable business success. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow across multiple HR disciplines.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for roles in Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring a seamless candidate and new hire experience.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define role requirements and identify best-fit talent.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics with HR Ops, IT, and relevant teams to ensure smooth Day 1 readiness.
  • Track and report key TA metrics like Time to Hire, Time to Fill.

HR Operations & Business Partnering

  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees in Malaysia, managing day-to-day HR matters and ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities by partnering with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Facilities, HR Ops) to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
  • Support the performance management cycle, including communications, training, tracking progress, and coaching employees and managers.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Support talent management and career development programs in partnership with regional HRBPs.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Collaborate with HRBPs to generate and analyze reports on key HR metrics including attrition, performance, L&D, and workforce planning.
  • Prepare and present HR dashboards and insights to the Board of Management and senior stakeholders as part of governance requirements.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic HR decisions and business goals.

Process Improvement & Projects

  • Identify opportunities to streamline People & Culture processes and improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
  • Work collaboratively with HRBPs and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in talent acquisition and/or HR Operations.
  • Independent handling of end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries (suggesting solid TA experience).
  • Exposure to core HR functions (onboarding, performance management, engagement, reporting).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self- starter with positive attitude; willingness to learn or to unlearn to learn.
  • Prior experience in a start-up environment would be highly desirable.
