This includes managing payroll, recruitment, and compliance with local employment laws. The ideal candidate will also facilitate training needs analysis and support employee engagement initiatives. Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR management (Payroll, recruitment, HRDF, etc.)
• Manage employee and industrial relation (ER/IR)
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, and assist in external audit (BSCI, GSV, ISO9001)
• Liaise closely with Government bodies (LHDN, Customs, JKKP, JTK, etc.)
• Training Needs Analysis/Training Needs Identification (TNA/TNI)
• Support staff welfare and engagement programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking is an advantage for coordinating with the China HQ team
