A leading company in equipment and training management in Malaysia is seeking an HR support professional to manage training programs and assist with employee benefits. Responsibilities include arranging training sessions, updating HR records, and maintaining benefit documents. Ideal candidates should hold a degree in Business Admin or Human Resources and possess strong administrative and analytical skills. Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is necessary for communication with clients. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Arrange training sessions including venue, materials, attendance, and trainer liaison.
Prepare training invitations, registration lists, and reminders.
Update training records in HRMS accurately and on time.
Assist in preparing training materials such as slides, handouts, and feedback forms.
Update training trackers and follow up with employees/managers on pending items.
Support the execution of annual training plans.
Assist in insurance, TPA claims & staff benefits programs.
Assist with employee benefits such as medical claims, insurance enrolment, and benefit queries.
Maintain accurate benefit records and update HRMS where required.
Assist in HRMS data entry for training, benefits, and employee records.
Respond to general employee inquiries related to training, benefits, and payroll documentation.
Participate in HR engagement activities or company events as needed.
Preferably with Degree in Business Admin/Human Resource Management field or equivalent.

Good in administrative, organization and analytical skills.
Positive working attitude with strong sense of responsibility, self‑motivate, integrity and hardworking.
Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
