Strategic marketing planning: You’ll collaborate with the Team Lead to allocate time, effort, and resources effectively to meet regional market goals. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing plans for the APAC region, working closely with cross-functional teams to create strategies and content that resonate with residents and doctors.
Sales (B2C and B2B): You’ll own the design and execute revenue-driven strategies for non-IMG and IMG markets. Closely with institutional representatives, you’ll create and refine sales enablement materials, deliver impactful presentations, and support compelling institutional pitches.
Campaign management: You’ll partner with the Team Lead to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns tailored to your market audiences to generate leads, attract new paying customers, and drive product adoption. You’ll monitor and report on campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies to optimize results.
Commercial partnerships: You’ll identify and establish strategic partnerships with residents' and young doctors' associations, professional organizations, clinical institutions, and other key stakeholders to drive revenue growth, attract users, and enhance market reach and brand awareness.
Roadshow operations management: You’ll take ownership of the internal technical and operational processes required to set up webinars and group discounts. You will also monitor, analyze, and report on the success of events conducted within the APAC region.
Medical background: You have a licensed medical degree from a country in APAC, ideally complemented by clinical experience to ensure a deep understanding of the challenges in healthcare.
Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills in English. You can adapt your language to persuade diverse stakeholders and feel comfortable presenting ideas clearly and effectively. A big plus if you have a native-equivalent level in local languages spoken in Malaysia / Singapore / the Philippines.
You have a deep understanding of the needs and pain points of physicians in training today in APAC (residents and physicians).
Efficiently manage multiple parallel projects, especially in a dynamic environment such as healthcare.
You enjoy networking and have a strong interest in relationship building in the healthcare sector.
Enthusiasm for digitalization: Strong interest in digital solutions and their positive impact on medical education and everyday clinical practice.
