We are an established and growing aesthetic clinic seeking a Branch Manager (Medical Doctor) to lead operations at our upcoming new branch. This role is ideal for a medical graduate passionate about aesthetics, leadership, and patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day clinic operations and staff

• Conduct patient consultations and perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments

• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and clinical SOPs

• Work closely with HQ to meet operational, service, and sales goals

• Provide clinical leadership and training to junior staff

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)

• Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) issued by MOH Malaysia

• Prior experience in aesthetic medicine or clinic management is highly preferred

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage
