We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tuition Tutor to join our vibrant team at Tadika Puncak Mentari' in Kepong Baru, Kuala Lumpur. As a Tuition Tutor, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding our students towards academic success through personalised instruction and engaging learning experiences. • Delivering high-quality, individualised tutoring sessions to students in a one-on-one or small group setting
• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique learning needs and abilities of each student
• Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students, helping them to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with parents and teachers to monitor student progress and develop targeted strategies for academic growth
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of student performance and attendance
• Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and subject‑matter knowledge

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a tutor or educator, preferably in a similar educational setting
• Bachelor's degree in Education, a relevant subject area, or a related field
• Strong subject‑matter expertise and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and their families
