Job summary

A leading company in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR professional to lead full-cycle recruitment and design impactful training programs. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on skills in recruitment and training. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams to enhance employee capability and engagement, while managing HR projects for talent retention.

Lead full-cycle recruitment — from job posting to onboarding.

Work closely with hiring managers to define requirements and craft compelling job profiles.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and campus partnerships.

Manage recruitment budgets and ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience.

Training & Development

Design and deliver impactful learning programs that enhance employee capability across all levels.

Partner with department heads to identify training needs and develop structured learning roadmaps.

Manage HRD Corp grants, external providers, and ensure ISO/QMS compliance for all training records.

Continuously improve OJT programs, training frameworks, and competency matrices.

Track training effectiveness and propose improvements to maximize ROI.

Support HR projects related to talent engagement, succession, and retention.

Mentor junior HR teammates and promote collaboration across functions.

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.

4–6 years of HR experience, focusing on training & development and recruitment.

Familiar with HRD Corp procedures, ISO/QMS documentation, and audit compliance.

Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and learning program coordination.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
