A leading agri-business company seeks a strategic leader for the Akademi Kecemerlangan Minda & Fizikal (AKAL) role in Kuala Lumpur. This position involves directing transformative programs to enhance mental resilience and physical capability. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, proven leadership in program management, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. To provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Akademi Kecemerlangan Minda & Fizikal (AKAL), ensuring the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of transformative programs that enhance participants’ mental resilience, physical capability, discipline and personal excellence. The Lead AKAL will direct curriculum development, trainer engagement, stakeholder partnerships, and the growth of AKAL’s program offerings to achieve sustainable impact and organisational objectives.
