A recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that translate business vision into outcomes. The ideal candidate will define product strategy, manage complex programs, and work toward operational efficiency. You should possess a Bachelor’s degree and preferably an MBA, with over 5 years of experience in program management. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential for bridging the product strategy with business execution in a hybrid role.
Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that translate COO vision into business outcomes. This hybrid role requires a strategic leader who can define product vision while managing complex business programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering value to customers and stakeholders. You will bridge product strategy and business implementation to drive market expansion, and operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in program/project management, product management, or cross-functional business leadership.
Proven track record of leading complex programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Experience in bridging product strategy and business execution in a hybrid or matrix organization.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and program delivery frameworks.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and reporting techniques.
Comfortable evaluating trade-offs between technical feasibility, business value, and resource constraints.
Excellent cross-functional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to facilitate decision-making and drive alignment across business units, product, and technical teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate complex technical and business concepts to executives.
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Strong business orientation, with experience in identifying growth opportunities and aligning initiatives with strategic objectives.
Ability to measure and report program impact using business, financial, and technical metrics.
Market awareness and customer-focused mindset.
