A leading company in the mining sector is seeking an experienced HR professional for a permanent role in Petaling Jaya. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll calculations, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws. The role offers a practical company culture and benefits such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS, along with onsite amenities like a canteen and free parking.
This job is based at the Petaling Jaya Shared Service Office, supporting mining site operations in the state of Kelantan.
Perform recruitment procedures, organisational development processes and exit duties for local workers.
Conduct monthly payroll calculations.
Maintain records and documentation for human resources matters.
Support external audits as part of the team regarding human resources matters.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
Refine company HR policies on a yearly basis.
Visualise HR operational processes when necessary.
Support general office administration, including sourcing of office assets and tools.
Travel to the Kelantan site as part of a team when required.
Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Permanent Role; Monthly Salary.
Entitled for EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
Valued in‑house canteen and free in‑house parking.
Practical and down‑to‑earth company culture.
Office near to LRT station (10 minutes walking distance).
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology. Consideration will be given to Diploma holders with relevant skill training certificate.
Minimum 4 years experience in Human Resources.
Experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
Familiarity with the Malaysian Employment Act and related legislation is a plus.
Fluency in English writing and computer literacy is highly valued.
Strategic thinker, deadline‑oriented and privacy‑conscious personality.
Self‑constructed resume is required.
