Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and office administration.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with good filing and documentation habits.

Job Description:

1. Administrative (Admin) Tasks
  • Assist in managing office supplies (recording, replenishing, placing orders)
  • Handle filing, scanning, printing, and organizing documents
  • Assist with incoming/outgoing courier and mail handling
  • Help maintain office cleanliness and check basic office equipment
  • Prepare meeting rooms and meeting materials
  • Communicate with suppliers for simple matters (stationery, courier, maintenance)
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as reimbursement forms and data entry
2. Human Resource (HR) Tasks
  • Assist in posting job advertisements and organizing resumes
  • Arrange interview schedules and communicate with candidates
  • Prepare onboarding documents for new employees (forms, photocopying, ID cards)
  • Assist in updating employee records and maintaining HR files
  • Check daily attendance records (lateness, leave, OT summary)
  • Assist in preparing basic payroll data (OT hours, leave deductions)
  • Assist in preparing HR notices and simple documents
  • Help with small internal activities (birthday celebrations, team events)
3. General Support
  • Provide basic admin and HR support to all departments
  • Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors
  • Learn and follow company admin and HR procedures

Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and office administration.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Detail-oriented with good filing and documentation habits.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn and grow in admin/HR tasks.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual and reliable in handling daily tasks.
