Job Description
  • Handle a full spectrum of HR functions including attendance, leave management, and staff records.
  • Work closely with the Recruiter Specialist to conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions and also manage new hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary, allowance, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Maintain and update employee data and personal files.
  • Assist in performance review processes and HR reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
  • Support in general administrative tasks, such as filing, document handling, and internal coordination.
  • Help arrange company bookings including travel, meeting spaces, courier pickups, or other ad‑hoc needs.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by being flexible and responsive to any team or office‑related support requests.
  • Collaborate with department supervisors to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Support HR and management on ad‑hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirement
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and administrative field. Experience in recruitment is an added advantage.
  • Languages: Proficient in Mandarin and English.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); basic data entry task and preparation of reports.
  • Administrative Skills: Capable of handling general office administration duties such as filing, document control, office supply management, and coordination with other departments.
  • Soft Skills: Responsible, organized, and able to work independently. Good at managing time and handling multiple tasks. Creative, motivated, and a good team player.
  • Availability: Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
