Key responsibilities
Foreign Worker Management

Manage all aspects of foreign worker administration and welfare, including:

  • Ensure foreign workers’ welfare, well-being, and cultural adaptation.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety standards and promote a positive work culture.
  • Handle end-to-end processes for foreign workers: new intake, immigration clearance, work permit renewal, medical check-ups (FOMEMA), passport renewal, and bank account setup.
  • Liaise with outsourced agencies for hostel maintenance and address any issues promptly.
  • Manage billing, invoices, and monthly reconciliation with outsourced agencies.
  • Address social or disciplinary issues among workers (e.g., absenteeism, conflicts).
  • Act as the primary liaison with Immigration, JTK, and other government agencies for foreign worker matters.
  • Ensure timely submission of applications and documentation to relevant authorities.
  • Manage worker accommodations, ensuring compliance with the Minimum Standards of Housing Act 446 and RBA standards, including periodic audits.
  • Coordinate medical assistance for major health issues or accidents.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain hostel conditions and manage inventory of equipment/furniture.
  • Maintain accurate records of foreign workers and hostel occupancy.
  • Support managers in resolving disciplinary matters or complaints.
  • Handle absconded cases: lodge police reports, cancel permits, update JTK records, and arrange repatriation.
  • Monitor and renew hostel tenancy agreements and employment contracts as required.
HR & Administration
  • Liaise with government departments and private institutions on HR and administrative matters.
  • Assist with daily office administration, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office security protocols and visitor records.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Manage personnel files and other HR documentation.
  • Support company events and other HR initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
