Job description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Account cum Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at DRUM FASHION SDN BHD in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

What you'll be doing
  • Prepare and process daily accounting entries including invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
  • Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely payments and collections
  • Maintain journal entries, analyses, and inter‑company full set accounts
  • Maintain cash transactions & petty cash book
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and petty cash accounts
  • Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
  • Verify staff claims, supplier bills, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Liaise with suppliers, outlet staff, and internal departments on finance‑related matters
  • Managing and assisting day‑to‑day general administration works
  • Handle general office administration such as stationery control, utilities, and courier arrangements
  • Handling, recording, and preparing monthly reports for admin and general expenses such as rental, utility bills and etc
  • Responsible for all the renewal of company business license, music license, and etc
  • Handling all types of company insurance renewal, road tax, Puspakom booking and etc
  • Coordinate the administrative reception such as handling phone calls, general emails, parcel receiving, and office visitors
  • Responsible for applying, supplying, and maintaining of company's equipment
  • Coordinate to end‑to‑end process of delivery and ensure delivery of goods/documents
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior or management
What we're looking for
  • Min. Diploma level in Accounting or any other related field
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, with good written & verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, result‑oriented, and possess positive attitude
  • An analytical mind with strong mathematic skills
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Meticulous, task‑oriented, and good communication skills
