Job description

Your role is to assist the Project Manager and the engineers on all the daily operation and administration of the project site.

Your scope

Manage, organize and maintain all projects-related documentation (i.e. drawings, method statements, minutes of meeting, correspondences), material delivery notes, and inspection forms for easy accessibility by project team.

Support coordination of site logistics such as equipment deliveries, visitor access, accommodation, and staff mobilization.

Coordinate timesheets, leave records, and claims for site personnel in collaboration with HR and HQ.

Serve as the primary point of contact for site-based administrative matters between HQ, HR and site personnel.

Maintain inventory records for site supplies and office consumables.

Assist the project and construction team in day-to-day coordination and record-keeping tasks as needed.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

Minimum two (2) years of experience in a site-based administrative role within construction projects.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document control systems is an advantage.

Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proactive and independent, with the ability to work well in a site environment.
