Requirements

• Possess at least 3 years working experience in administration or operations.

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).

• ISO knowledge will be added as an advantage.

• Active, good personality, positive work attitude and mindset.

• Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise work.

• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task.

• Required languages: English, Mandarin & Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Office administration.

• Provide administrative support for operations team.

• Assist on the company's legal actions.

• Assist in ISO documentation.

• Payment of office & quarter utilities bills.

• Assist in staff insurance and insurance claim.

• Assist on the tenancy and company’s properties.

• Assist on company’s event and activities.

• Fixed assets arrangement and recording.

• In‑charge of the welfare of company’s staff.

• Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
