A global wellness company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Human Resources Executive to support its HR operations. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, and compliance with labour laws. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in HR and strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws. We are seeking an experienced and proactive candidate to join our team as Senior Human Resources Executive at Sunrider Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic HR operations of our organisation (locally and regionally).
Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, employee onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, HRIS and performance management.
Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
Coordinating employee benefits, training, and development programmes.
Handling payroll processing inclusive of the timely submission of all statutory reports and payments.
Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Collaborating with regional and international HR teams to support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
Handling administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies and supporting office operations e.g. facilities maintenance and security.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, experience in general office administration will be a plus though not essential.
Exposure or experience in HRIS implementation and administration will be a definite advantage.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficient in MS Office applications, with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is a must.
Problem‑solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
A proactive, detail‑oriented, and organised approach to work.
