Senior Human Resources & Administration Specialist

The company support more than 100 Enterprise Customers from various sectors in Malaysia and overseas like government, FSI, GLC, Corporate and Education sector. In line with company expansion plan as well as 5 years Regional Unicorn Plan, we would like to invite experience, potential and aggressive candidate to join in to make the plan happen!

Role Description

This job is based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. We are seeking an experienced, creative, strong initiative and aggressive Senior Human Resources Executive to join in our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist HR background, with experience across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and on-boarding to development, retention, and exit management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Recruitment, Development, Retention and Termination.
  • Company Handbook and HR Policy Enforcer.
  • Handling payroll and Statutory Payment (EPR, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Develop, oversee and maintain Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS) documentation, grant tracking, and communication.
  • Support office administration, including facility management, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Specialist roles.
  • Experience managing Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS) will be advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, development, retention, and termination processes.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity, discretion, and ability to work independently.
