Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, managing bookings, maintaining records, and supporting the team in office-related tasks. You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

Experiences:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or office management.
  • Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent; diploma in tourism, business, or administration is a plus.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Malay (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other office software.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in handling bookings and documentations and problem-solving abilities.
  • Can handle emails.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of travel reservation system is at advantage.

Basic Salary: RM 1,700.00
