Human Resource Executive/ Senior Executive

As a HR Executive, you will work with a group of experienced colleagues. The HR department manages all facets of professional HR responsibilities in HR administration, compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment process for new employees which includes placing advertisements, arranging interviews, making offers and preparing employment contracts.

Assist in confirmation and resignation processes which includes database updates and exit clearance.

Coordinate pre‑onboarding arrangements with IT, Admin, and HR; handle onboarding and orientation.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Maintain and update employee p‑file and HR databases with high accuracy.

Process payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll vendor.

Handle leave administration.

Administer employee benefits (medical claims, insurance, etc.).

Assist in updating of various reports.

Assist with drafting of internal memorandum and letters.

Participate in organising company activities.

Handle office administration and maintenance.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

2–5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a generalist capacity.

Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Able to work well independently and as a team.

Able to communicate well across all levels.
