Job Description

Pingspace, a robotics warehouse start-up is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to design and develop highly scalable software solutions. We are on a mission to automate and simplify the warehouse industry through automation and robotics. Our systems cover a wide range of business and technology areas including warehouse management systems, workflow management, inventory management system, and AGV traffic control. 

Our team is comprised of people who are filled with energy, passion and constantly strive to be the best at what we do to achieve our mission. Within Pingspace, engineers are working on a variety of problems: distributed systems reliability, machine learning, database design, and performance workflow management. 

Job Description :

We are seeking for business analyst to join our software team. 

You will be responsible for communicate business operation requirements with external and internal stakeholders, analyse and map the business requirements to existing system flow or proposing new flow that solve the problem statement. Other key requirements including preparing functional specification, user interface sketches and flow, system process flow, use cases and perform end to end testing from user perspective. 

• Work with the Product / Project Manager to spell out business requirements and map them into the system flow.
• Develop detailed software specifications and user stories from business operation requirements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Prepare UAT use cases and perform user testing.
• Support release management and training of end users.

Job Requirements

Skills:

• Familiar with Agile Development Life cycle / Software Project Development Life cycle
• Software Project Technical Writing
• SQL / API and web technology
• UML Diagrams
• Documentation skills on Microsoft suites

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of web technology, API and SQL.
• Familiar with UML diagrams, process flow diagram, UI / UX tool.
• Good communication and analytical skill.
• Strong technical writing and visualization skills.
