A recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of HR or administrative experience, and familiarity with Malaysian labor laws. Responsibilities include managing payroll, employee relations, and daily office operations, while ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires strong communication and management skills.
Recruitment & Staffing:Fully responsible for recruitment for the Malaysia branch, including posting job openings, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and handling onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees from both China and Malaysia.
Employee Relations Management:Establish and maintain harmonious employee relations, handle employee inquiries and complaints, organize team-building activities, and strengthen team cohesion.
Payroll & Benefits:Responsible for monthly attendance tracking, payroll calculation, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws; manage employee social security, medical insurance, and other statutory benefits.
Policies & Training:Assist in developing and improving localized HR and administrative management policies; organize and conduct onboarding and on-the-job training for employees.
Compliance:Ensure all HR operations fully comply with Malaysian labor laws and other relevant regulations.
2. Administration
Daily Office Management:Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office environment, purchasing and managing office supplies, and overseeing fixed assets.
Employees Visa :Provide necessary administrative support for dispatched employees, such as assistance with visas, work permits, and residence permits.
Logistics & Facilities:Manage the services provider for company vehicles, facilities & property, cleaning, security, and other, ensuring quality of service.
Document & Record Management:Establish and maintain systems for HR and administrative documents and records.
Requirements:
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Business Management, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in HR or comprehensive administrative work; experience in manufacturing environment
Knowledge of laws: Familiar with Malaysian labor laws, social security policies, and relevant administrative approval procedures.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office; strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
