Job summary

A reputable market leader in HR and payroll management is seeking a professional in Puchong to manage payroll, recruitment, and employee engagement processes. You will be responsible for the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring accurate monthly payments, preparing statutory contributions, and monitoring employee benefits. Additionally, you will implement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement while managing the recruitment process efficiently. This role is pivotal in supporting HR operations and driving organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Involve in full cycle of payroll processing and ensure monthly salaries and claims are paid accurately and on time.
  • Prepare monthly statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax.
  • Monitor staff leave applications and benefits redemption.
  • Design and implement initiatives for employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings and onboarding.
  • Oversee key HR administration functions and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Job description
Payroll, Statutory and Staff Benefits

Involve in full cycle of payroll processing and ensure monthly salaries, claims, any other payout are paid accurately and on time.

To prepare monthly statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax and to ensure that all statutory deductions are paid by due date.

To monitor staff leave application, records, benefits redemption and etc.

Culture Development

Cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture aligned with company values.

Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.

Performance Management

Execute and implement performance appraisal systems and improvement plans.

Promote a culture of continuous feedback and coaching to align performance with organizational goals.

Recruitment and Staffing

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.

HR Operations and Office Administration

Responsible for HR processes for entire employee life cycle and all HR documentation.

Oversee key HR administration functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Assist in on-boarding process for new hires including induction and assimilation into the organization.

Lead general administration functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist management for the preparation of PowerPoint slides, reports, company events and meetings if necessary.
