We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman Car to join our team at DR. CAR 28 ENTERPRISE' in Alor Setar, Kedah. As the Foreman Car, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automotive repair and maintenance services. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where your leadership and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of our services.

• Supervising and coordinating the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and efficient completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks
• Inspecting and quality-checking completed work to ensure it meets the company's high standards
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team, helping to develop their skills and expertise
• Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out, including parts used and labour costs
• Liaising with customers to provide updates on the status of their vehicles and address any concerns or queries
• Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar automotive supervisory role
• Thorough knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures, with a strong understanding of various vehicle systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of technicians
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and other stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the automotive industry
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
