This position is a team lead role and reports to the Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications. The incumbent’s roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
80% of the responsibilities will be focused on brand-building and marketing initiatives for the SME and Commercial markets via online and offline channels, which includes driving SME and Commercial Business quality leads generation to achieve annual target.
20% would be on developing and executing creative materials, PR campaigns and media relation strategies focusing on corporate, product, employees and innovation stories, with trackable results. The incumbent would also be responsible for planning and executing the company’s Crisis Communication Plan.
Shortlisted candidates are expected to demonstrate example(s) of SME quality leads generation strategy with trackable results as well as brand-building initiatives among SMEs (detailed instructions will be given). Candidates will also need to present case studies of past actual accomplishments in B2B quality leads generation. Sufficient time will be given to prepare.
