GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES: Record Keeping
  • Maintain and organize office record, document, and databases.
Communication
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, email, and phone calls, acting as a point contact for queries.
Scheduling
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Report & Presentations
  • Prepare various administrative documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
FINANCIAL & SUPPLY MANAGEMENT: Supplies & Equipment
  • Manage office and pantry supplies, monitor inventory, and ensure necessary equipment is maintained and functional.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs, including utilities and other services.
Payment
  • Process and manage office-related payments, including bills and invoices, ensuring compliance with policies.
Requirements
  • Education: A Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field is often required.
  • Additional education: SPM
  • Experience: 1 year of administrative or clerical experience is standard, with a preference for prior experience within plantation.
